[05 Oct 2010|06:52am] |
Title: Finding Me Rating: PG-13 Spoilers: 4x13 Journey's End Pairings: Rose/Ten.5, possible others in the future Genre: Angst, Adventure, Romance Summary: Sometimes things go terribly wrong, and sometimes everything falls apart. And sometimes, the universe expects you to pick up and keep on going anyway.
Disclaimer: Still not mine.
AN: This one took a bit longer, because I kept getting distracted it was sort of a complicated and awkward thing to write. Yet, it needed to be done, so we shall see where the story goes from here.
He'd mentioned to her once before, years ago, that his memories were sometimes confused after regenerating.

| Fic Post: Only A Northern Song |
[30 Jan 2010|11:17am] |
Fandom: A bridge between New and Classic Doctor Who (set during the Time War) Spoilers: For EoT. Rating: R Formal warning: non-consensual everything, character death/regeneration, character and italics abuse. Not so formal warning: Hey, this is Time Lord snuff porn. Watch out. Summary: A dark and nasty little story from the beginning of the Time War. The Lord President Rassilon seeks to educate his Council on the ill-advised nature of disobedience, and demonstrate the consequences of recklessly, deliberately, and repeatedly engaging in said ill-advised action. The Doctor is just the right men for the job. After all, if you can't beat them, change them.
Fake-cut to my journal:
it doesn't really matter what clothes I wear / or how I fare or if my hair is brown / when it's only a Northern song

| Fic: Cold, Mashed Swede |
[28 Aug 2009|01:52pm] |
title: Cold, Mashed swede fandom: Doctor Who/ Torchwood pairing/characters: Jack Harkness/Tish Jones, Jack/OFC(s), the Master and other Valiant residents, (implied Jack/team, Jack/Estelle & even Jack/Swanson - if you squint) word count: 17,500 (in two linked parts) rating/warnings: NC17 for non-consensual sexual activity, violence, torture and language. a/n / spoilers: Set at the end of DW S3/ before TW S2 Huge thanks to aeshna_uk and jwaneeta for betaing and massive quantities of encouragement, and to for being twisted enough to make me want to write this in the first place ;)
summary: It’s lunchtime and it’s three days since the last time it was lunchtime - the sort that came with food, anyway (or at least swede), and three days since the time before that - hell, maybe if there’s nothing today either then it just means he’s bored of his new game already and couldn’t be bothered to tell anyone. Pretty pathetic, really, for a Master of time and space, but if it was keeping him amused...
Cold, mashed swede

| Five Days to Absolution - Part 4 |
[05 Aug 2009|01:42pm] |
Title: Five Days to Absolution (4/4) Word count: This chapter: 3,282 (Total fic word count: 15,426) Characters: Captain Jack Harkness, Gwen Cooper, references to Jack/Ianto Rating: This chapter: PG-13 (NC-17 overall) Spoilers: Children of Earth Disclaimer: The BBC are the cruel masters of Torchwood and Doctor Who. Warnings: This fiction as a whole is very dark and contains scenes that some may find disturbing/upsetting. This Chapter contains angst, self-comfort and sexual references A/N: This is set post-Children of Earth, and follows the canon therein.
What did Jack do in the first few weeks that followed Children of Earth: Day Five? And how did he finally take that first step on the long path to self-absolution?
"I know I have a long way to go, to forgive myself for everything that I did wrong. But sitting on my own isn't going to help. I'll just get bogged down with everything… get crazy. Do something stupid. And it's not gonna bring you back, is it?"

| Fic: A Dying Fall |
[04 Aug 2009|02:19pm] |
Title: A Dying Fall Characters/Pairing: Ten, Martha (with mentions of Donna, Rose, and heavy Ten/Rose implications) Rating: PG Summary: He stopped sleeping, he started moving, and he met Martha Jones. Her eager, untempered vitality is excellent for absorbing echoes of the past. (Set during season 3. And a bit drowning in angst, to be honest.) Notes: This was partially inspired by this icon, which makes it doubly sad that I don't know who made it, so if it's yours please tell me so you can get credit. Title provided by the dear T.S. Eliot
They haven't slept for three days

| Five Days to Absolution - Part 2 |
[30 Jul 2009|01:55pm] |
Title: Five Days to Absolution (2/4) Word count: This chapter: 4,817 Characters: Captain Jack Harkness (and his various demons), Alice Carter, imaginary Ianto Jones, OMC, references to Jack/Ianto Rating: R Spoilers: Adam, DW: Last of the Time Lords, Children of Earth (Days One to Five) Disclaimer: The BBC are the cruel masters of Torchwood and Doctor Who. Warnings: This fiction is very dark and contains scenes that some may find disturbing/upsetting. Extreme angst, dark thoughts, self-harm and repeated suicide A/N: This is set post-Children of Earth, and follows the canon therein.
What did Jack do in the first few weeks that followed Children of Earth: Day Five? And when it all becomes too much to bear… who will rescue him now?
There is some comfort in this chapter, as I could never be as cruel to Jack as the real writers are.
"I'm a hallucination, Jack. Everything I'm saying is already in your own subconscious. You know what I say is true. You just made the words come out of my mouth, that's all. Because you don't believe in yourself anymore."
"Such a nice mouth you have too," said Jack, a little dreamily.
Ianto smiled. "You're incorrigible, you are. You even flirt with your own imagination."

| The Morning After - Chapter Six |
[24 Apr 2009|01:48pm] |
Title: The Morning After - Chapter Six (final chapter - final word count: 21,857) Fandom: Doctor Who / Being Human (Crossover) Pairing: Tenth Doctor/George Rating: This Chapter – NC-17 for sexual and violent content Spoilers: Doctor Who – Journey's End / Being Human – first two episodes of series one Disclaimer: Doctor Who and Being Human belong to the BBC, and not me. But I'll put them back in the toybox when I've finished. Warning: Slash, lycanthrophilia (sexual attraction to/sex with a werewolf), violence, masochism, bloodplay, implied suicidal thoughts, dark themes, angst. Author's Note: This final chapter is very dark and not for the faint-hearted! Thanks to tescohatesme, mspixieears and especially to the very kind, helpful and clever adafrog.
George leant forwards, closing his eyes as he held his face close to the Doctor's throat and sniffed, savouring the rich scent of alien pheromones; sifting through the different notes like an expert evaluating a fine wine. It was a tantalising, intoxicating blend of arousal… excitement... adrenalin… and the faintest hint of fear. He could sense the blood pumping round the Doctor's body; he could feel the twin beats of the Doctor's hearts thumping against his own chest.
The power of the wolf within him coursed through George's veins, making him feel strong and potent. The dominating mind of the animal crawled hotly over his consciousness, overriding his rational thoughts, trampling over his remaining fears and doubts, and the last traces of his humanity.
Too late now...

[17 Apr 2009|01:51pm] |
Title: The Morning After - Chapter Five Fandom: Doctor Who / Being Human (Crossover) Pairing: Tenth Doctor/George Rating: This Chapter – PG-13 for adult situations Spoilers: Doctor Who – Tooth and Claw / Being Human – first two episodes of series one Disclaimer: Doctor Who and Being Human belong to the BBC, and not me. But I'll put them back in the toybox when I've finished. Warning: Angst and heavily implied sexual suggestion with more than a hint of darkness… Author's Note: Thanks to adafrog for coming to my rescue and for knowing far more about genetics than I do ;)
"The animal inside you is taking over. Increased hunger. Aggression, the need to hunt. A predatory craving for blood… for sex. A heightened libido. It's always been that way for werewolves."

| The Morning After - Chapter Four |
[09 Apr 2009|01:49pm] |
Title: The Morning After - Chapter Four Fandom: Doctor Who / Being Human (Crossover) Pairing: Tenth Doctor/George Rating: This Chapter – R (rated NC-17 overall) Spoilers: Doctor Who – Tooth and Claw / Being Human – first two episodes of series one Warning: The story at this point becomes darker in tone. This chapter deals with lycanthrophilia (sexual attraction to werewolves) and contains scenes that some may find disturbing. Author's Note: This chapter is mostly a "flashback" scene, going back to the night before George met the Doctor for the first time. Thanks to adafrog for beta'ing and good ideas.
The scent on the clothing was more than just perspiration, old deodorant and skin particles, more than the odour of an ordinary human male. It had notes of wild animal; of the promise of hunting and of blood.
The scent in the Doctor's nostrils was the tang of ruination and of salvation. It was more than that. It was unique. And it was driving the Doctor insane.

Title: The Morning After - Chapter Three Fandom: Doctor Who / Being Human (Crossover) Pairing: Tenth Doctor/George Rating: This Chapter – PG-13 (rated NC-17 overall) Spoilers: Doctor Who – Tooth and Claw / Being Human – first two episodes of series one Warning: This story will become darker in tone. It will eventually include m/m slash and will involve lycanthrophilia (sexual attraction to werewolves) and consensual violent sex, including biting, scratching and blood play. Author's Note: Thanks again to adafrog and tescohatesme for beta'ing and input.
Didn't he realise that George wasn't George anymore when he was his wolfself? He could never remember what he did; he hardly had any grasp of his own mind or personality. Every time he woke up the day following a full moon, he had a hard, cold lump of dread in his stomach; a fear that last night might have been the night he finally killed a human being.

A sudden wave of calmness washed over him. That's what this man had been doing. Lulling him into a false sense of security, being nice to him. Making George trust him and then...
Oh, but he didn't even feel scared, not really. Maybe that's what this man did. Maybe he was a hero; maybe he travelled around, ridding the universe of evil creatures, like him. Maybe this was what he deserved.

| The Morning After - Chapter One |
[23 Mar 2009|01:55pm] |
Title: The Morning After - Chapter One Fandom: Doctor Who / Being Human (Crossover) Pairing: Tenth Doctor/George Rating: This Chapter – PG for mild swearing (rated NC-17 overall) Spoilers: Doctor Who – Tooth and Claw / Being Human – first two episodes of series one Warning: This story will become darker in tone. It will eventually include m/m slash and will involve lycanthrophilia (sexual attraction to werewolves) and consensual violent sex, including biting, scratching and blood play. Author's Note: I don't think you need to know much, if anything, about Being Human to understand and/or appreciate this story. All you need to know is: George is a werewolf. And really rather hot… ;-)
Thanks to adafrog and tescohatesme for beta'ing and ideas!
George raised a finger. "Okay, well now. You've been very kind. Giving me tea, and clothes, and what have you. But now you're really freaking me out, and I'm going home. And you can just... stay away from me."
The Doctor looked mildly at him. "I'm freaking you out? You're a werewolf, and I'm freaking you out?"
